Seller-Specific Processing: Some products may take longer to process depending on the seller’s policies.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location and the seller.
Estimated delivery time will be shown during checkout.
Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or other unavoidable situations.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery.
You will receive a tracking ID once your order is shipped, so you can track your shipment in real-time.
5. Pin Code Availability
Delivery services are available for most pin codes in India.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you during checkout.
6. Multiple Shipments
If you order products from different sellers, they may be shipped separately.
Shipping charges for each shipment will be calculated individually if applicable.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the delivery fails, the product will be returned to the seller, and a refund (if applicable) will be initiated.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with our courier partner.
9. Changes to the Shipping Address
You can modify the shipping address before the order is shipped.
