Eligibility for Returns
  • You can return most items within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, and invoices included.
Conditions for Returns
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered are eligible for returns.
  • Certain items like personal hygiene products, perishable goods, and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Returns are subject to verification and approval by our team.
Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • In case of cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or wallet after you share the necessary details.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Opened or used products in certain categories like cosmetics or food items.
How to Initiate a Return

  • Select the product you wish to return and click on “Request Return.”
  • Follow the instructions and choose a pickup schedule or drop-off option.
  • Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier.
